CAS Dean's Diversity Grant Will Support Work-Study Positions for Students from Minoritized Backgrounds

We're hiring undergraduate RAs!

The Department of Psychology has been awarded a CAS Dean's Diversity Grant to facilitate research experiences for students from minoritized backgrounds through work-study positions. Volunteer research experience opportunities can be a barrier to entry for those motivated students bound by financial stress. This proposal will help fund the Black Lives Matter Research Experience Initiative, which seeks to increase contributions to diversity through enhanced recruitment of students for research experience across all areas of psychology. It is our hope that this award will help provide paid lab experience to students that otherwise would not be able to participate.
