This fall, we will have a batch of new faces in our department: 13 new doctoral students and 5 new master’s students. We are very excited to have such a talented group join us!
Five incoming Clinical students:
- Anna Bartuska, from Duke University and Palo Alto University, will be working with Dr. Alayna Park.
- Alyssa Herman, from UCLA and Palo Alto University, will also be working with Dr. Park.
- Natalie Dunn, from Pacific University, will be working with Dr. Maureen Zalewski.
- Olivia Frigoletto, a UO alum, will also be working with Dr. Zalewsi.
- Sojeong Kim, from Emory University and Korea University, will be working with Dr. Melynda Casement.
Four incoming students in the Cognitive Neuroscience area:
- Ernestine Brannon, a UO alum, will be working with Dr. Paul Dassonville.
- Steven Shofner, from UO and Boise State University, will be working with both Dr. Dassonville and Dr. Don Tucker.
- Anna Grudzien, a UO alum, will be working with Dr. Nash Unsworth.
- Faranak Soleymani, from Amirkabir University Tech and the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, will be working with Dr. Margaret Sereno.
Two incoming students in the Social & Personality area:
- Anastasia Browning, a UO alum, is joining both the clinical and the social personality areas and will be working with Dr. Elliot Berkman.
- Kate Kulyk, from Florida State University, will be working with Dr. Sanjay Srivastava.
Two incoming students in the Developmental area:
- Kayla McComb, from the University of Illinois, will be working with Dr. Caitlin Fausey.
- Leah Peterson, from the University of St. Thomas, will be working with Dr. Dare Baldwin.
And Five incoming Master’s students:
- Andrew Castillo, a UO alum, will be working with Dr. David Condon.
- Alexis Ellis, a UO alum, will be working with Dr. Sara Hodges.
- John King, another UO alum, will be working with Dr. Nash Unsworth.
- Yi-Hua Lee, from the University of Maryland, will be working with Dr. Dasa Zeithamova
- Alexus Rock, from Ohio State University, will be working with Dr. Elizabeth Skowron.
