University of Oregon Psychology Clinic

Looking for affordable, state-of-the-art mental health treatment that is tailored to you and your needs?

We provide low-cost, high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to adults, children, and adolescents from the Eugene-Springfield area. We also serve faculty, staff, and students at the University of Oregon.

In-person services are available for those 12 and older who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Children under 12 can also be seen in-person, if accompanied by a vaccinated adult. All clients and parents/guardians will be asked to remain fully masked during all visits to the clinic.

We are the primary training site for doctoral students in the University of Oregon clinical psychology program. Services are provided by advanced graduate students under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

We provide culturally sensitive and affirming services that incorporate important (and often marginalized) identities.

We provide individual therapy for adults, teens, and children experiencing many common difficulties, including depression, social anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, generalized anxiety, OCD, trauma, sleep problems, PTSD, and behavioral issues (children). We also provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups.
